Training And Work Experience

I interned in the Center for Anxiety and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorders at AMITA Alexian Brother’s Behavioral Health Hospital. I then took a position in the Center for Self-Injury Recovery Services followed by the Center for Addiction Medicine.

I have trained in exposure and response prevention (ERP), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT).

I received my bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago in Applied Psychology and Criminology, Law, and Justice. I graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with my master’s in Social Work with a concentration in mental health.
